Go see a doctor or at least an urgent care. Not because you're definitely hurt, but because some things don't show up for a day or two and having that documentation matters if something does develop later.

Hold onto everything related to the accident - photos, any paperwork, receipts, messages with the rental company or your insurer. Keep it all in one folder somewhere you can actually find it.
